3-260 kDa Protein Marker contains 11 prestained proteins ranging from 3-260 kDa. The 11 recombinant proteins are covalently coupled to a blue dye. The 70 kDa and 260 kDa proteins are covalently coupled to a red dye, the 15 kDa protein to a green dye, and the 60 kDa protein to peacock green dye. The colored bands serve as reference bands, which can be seen in SDS-PAGE after transferring to a PDVF, nylon or nitrocellulose membrane.
