ATP Assay Kit is an assay kit for the detection and quantification of ATP concentrations in animal tissue homogenates using a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer or multifunctional microplate reader. Under the catalyzation of luciferase, ATP react with luciferin and emits fluorescence, and the fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of ATP within a certain range.
