Short Description:	Recombinant-Human B7-DC/PD-L2/CD273-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.

Formulation:	Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction:	Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity:	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human PD-L2 at 5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Recombinant Human PD-1 with a linear range of 0.3-1.2 Mu g/mL.

Function	Involved in the costimulatory signal, essential for T-cell proliferation and IFNG production in a PDCD1-independent manner. Interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation by blocking cell cycle progression and cytokine production.
