Short Description: Recombinant-Cynomolgus Mesothelin/MSLN-C-hFc protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-hFc. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Human CA125at 5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/Well). Dose response curve for Cyno MSLN with the EC50 of 4.28 Mu g/mL determined by ELISA.
Immunogen Region: Asp296-Gly580
Immunogen: Recombinant Cynomolgus MSLN Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Asp296-Gly580) of Cynomolgus MSLN fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminal.
