Short Description: Recombinant-Human IL-21R/CD360-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant Human IL21R at 2 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Recombinant Human IL-21 with a linear range of 0.128-5.63 ng/mL.

Post Translational Modifications C-mannosylated at Trp-214 in the WSXWS motif, the sugar chain makes extensive hydrogen bonds with Asn-73 sugar, and bridges the two fibronectin domains transforming the V-shaped receptor into an A-frame.
